Land Patent sandwich

Once I have established the land patent sandwich. I then send this to the county clerks of which the property is held. Are they obligated to record this document and if so, what will this recording be under my name or will it remain in the name of the original party to the land patent.

Wherefore, that cover letter should answer your question sufficiently to accomplish the task effectively. The purpose of that cover letter is to help you educate yourself to understand why recording is necessary and how the recording will secure your relationship with the land patent. We have no idea what that sentence means. We understand all of the words in that sentence; we simply do not understand the sentence. We imagine you meant something like, “I then send this to the county clerk for the County where the property is located.” If our imagined understanding of your intent is, correct; we can move on to your question related to that, where you asked:
