The term Real Estate in Warranty Deed

The Warranty Deed I received says it is granting Real Estate is used although the complete legal description is on the Deed. The term land is not used. Can a certified copy of that Deed be used with part of the Land Patent Sandwich?

Also, my ex-wife Quit Claimed her interest in the property when we divorced. I would assume a certified copy of that document would be needed also for the LPS. Is this correct?
